Jeff graduated from Jourdanton High School and the following Monday began working for his mentor Johnny Lambaria. Johnny taught Jeff the ins and outs of the insurance industry but more importantly he taught Jeff how to assist clients with integrity & honesty. Jeff received a degree in Criminal Justice in 1998 and continued to work within the insurance industry. Jeff worked for Johnny until Johnny's retirement in 2015, more than twenty-four years. Jeff and Johnny's loyalty to each other stretched far beyond employer and employee. Johnny guided Jeff into the man you see today, who always puts his client's interest first, contributes countless hours to community service, and donates to many community organizations. Jeff started his own agency under the same insurance carrier in 2016 but in 2021 after much thought, he and his wife Shannon made the decision to make the leap to independent agency.
