Meet Your Grunor Agency Brightway Insurance Team

As owners, we believe in working with our clients and getting to know what is important to them.  Insurance is not one size fits all.  We enjoying seeing our customers in the community and sharing what's important in each of our lives.  

We have lived in North Texas for over 25 years and have a 23 year old son, Riley, who gave us a daughter-in-law, Emilyn, in 2024.  

We put God first and try to run our business according to our faith.  

 

We have been blessed to build many wonderful relationships with our clients.  It is an honor to serve all the residents of the great state of Texas  and we look forward to working with you on your insurance needs.  

Originally from Rogers, Arkansas, Emilyn moved to the DFW area with her husband, Riley, to begin their lives together after college. Upon settling in Texas, she worked as a full-time 911 dispatcher and later completed EMT school in 2025. With over five years of experience in customer service and communication, Emilyn is an asset to the Grunor Insurance Group—both as a valued team member and family member.

Emilyn brings a heart of service and compassion to everything she does. Her background in emergency response strengthened her passion for helping others, and her faith guides her to serve clients with honesty, care, and integrity. She and Riley live locally with their dog, Maggie, and enjoy spending time with each other, visiting family in AR, and being involved in their church community.

Vicki is a proud member of the Grunor team, bringing two decades of customer service expertise and a genuine heart for people. Her warm personality and dedication make every client feel valued and cared for.

Originally from Norman, Oklahoma, Vicki now enjoys life surrounded by her family. Outside the office, she spends her time doting on her grandkids and spoiling her golden retriever, Jordy.
