Donna is committed to making the insurance-buying process as easy as possible.  That means she takes the time to get to know you, so she can customize a policy that is right for you. 

Donna enjoys boating in the gorgeous Florida sunshine with her husband Elliot, playing cards with her neighbors and playing pickleball. She also has a Plott Hound mix named Hayden, who brings her endless entertainment.

Even after 18 years in the industry, Jaime is still committed to expanding her insurance knowledge so she can do the best possible job for her clients.  Whether taking continuing education classes, reading up on changes in the industry, or government activism with the state insurance association, she is always looking for new ways to enhance her expertise and provide the most accurate and effective guidance as the industry evolves.

When not working, Jaime enjoys going to movies, watching football and hanging out with her friends and neighbors.

She also loves to read (or listen to audiobooks) and spending time with her dogs, Sir Duncan the Loud & Cooper.

 

A valuable member of the Brightway, St. Johns team, Sean loves to help people protect what’s most important to them. He is focused on helping customers understand their options and make an informed decision on their coverage.

Sean is a fan of both college and professional sports, and has spent much of his free time coaching Highschool basketball or football.  Sean has 2 adult sons and a one-eyed Boxer named Patsy.

Jake is motivated and has a proven track record of success in the property and casualty insurance industry.  He has a deep understanding of the industry and its products.  He is a passionate person and is all about helping clients protect their assets and manage their risks.

When Jake is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 kids, LJ (Little Jake) and Lyla.  He is a big fan of sports, music, fishing, and golf and loves sharing these experiences with his family and friends.

Chirstopher is a Jacksonville Native and he has a passion for helping members of his community.  Christopher is endlessly positive and is one of those people who can light up a room on even the darkest of days.  As a new husband and father, he is sensitive to the needs of families, especially growing ones, and uses that expertise to guide customers to the right insurance products that best protect them and their most treasured assets. 

In his off-hours, he enjoys physical fitness, reading and watching his beautiful baby girl interact with the world around her.

Jane is our Office Manager and has been with the Brightway, St. Johns team since the very beginning.  Organized and professional, she keeps our office running smoothly and truly cares about our customers.

Jane enjoys reading and spending time with her daughter and twin sister.  As a dedicated animal lover, she shares her home with a cat, an incredibly sweet Pit Bull, Paco, and her grand-pup, a German Short-haired Pointer named Mowgli.

Kelly has been with the team for over 13 years, but already came to us with years of experience in the Insurance industry.  She puts this experience to work making sure our customers have the best experience available.

When not working, Kelly is quite busy keeping up with her three children and all their many sports!  She enjoys reading (and audiobooks), and spending time with her kids, husband and Double Doodle, Sox.

Originally from New York, I’ve traded the bustling city for the beautiful shores of Puerto Rico.  I share my life with family, friends, and my loyal dog; together we explore the vibrant island.  When I’m not soaking up the sun at the beach, you can find me on culinary adventures, discovering new restaurants and hidden gems. I’m passionate about internal tourism, always eager to learn more about my rich culture and stunning landscapes that surround me.

Christina is fluent in English as well as Spanish.
